What is PetDesk?
PetDesk is a safe, free smartphone app that makes it easier to manage your pet’s health. It is available for both IOS and Android devices. PetDesk doesn’t take up much space on your phone, and there are no unwanted messages or ads.
Through the app, you can:
- Request Appointments
- Receive Reminders & Confirmations
- Order & Refill Medications
- Easily Access Your Pets’ Medical Records
- Manage Recurring Pet Care Tasks
To Download the App:
- Open the app store on your mobile phone
- Type in “PetDesk” in the search bar
- Install “PetDesk – Pet Health Reminders”
- Click “Create Account”
- Enter your name, the email you have on file with us, a password, and the phone number you have on file with us
- Search our name to link your account to our hospital
"We switched our animals to Burnsville Animal Hospital in 2019 after being unhappy with our previous vet and their lack of communication and other reasons. We have been very happy with their care for our animals. They offer laser surgery for fixing which I believe is better for the animal. They have helped us alot with one of our animals who has alot of anxiety. They are easy to get into and have seen our dog last minute on a Saturday. They also have a rewards program which allows us to earn coupons off future visits or services. They never push us to do tons of extra services that are unneeded for our animals, like some vets do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vet."
